		<description>this would be an impossible task to implement. lanshops are not solely frequented by customers just to pass the time and amuse themselves. 

some do &quot;rent&quot; our computers for research,  to chat with loved ones far away, or simply to check their emails. therefore, those do not fall in that category.

if they do decide to do this, i&#039;ll have to pass the load to my customers. this would result in loss of patronage for my shop, obviously. i wouldn&#039;t mind it at all if the law is fully implemented on all those concerned, which, i fail to see, how they would go about it. 

LGUs can&#039;t even implement existing ordinances. then they&#039;ll concoct another, which is more impossible to implement? gimme a break.... or perhaps that&#039;s what they&#039;re trying to accomplish anyway. break my back.</description>
